    JMS in Arvika joins Håndverksgruppen

Håndverksgruppen continues to expand in the Swedish market and includes JMS in Arvika as its latest addition. With this, the surface group now consists of 50 craft companies in Sweden, with a combined turnover of around SEK 2.6 billion.

    - JMS has experience and expertise that fits perfectly into Håndverksgruppen's existing portfolio. Their local presence in Arvika and Värmland is a strategically important contribution to our further growth in Sweden, and we are very pleased to have them on board, says Johan Möller, Country Manager for Håndverksgruppen in Sweden.

JMS was established in 2014 by Mikael Andersson and Simon Philipsson and currently has 18 employees with annual sales of SEK 28 million. Andersson and Philipsson continue to lead the company together as managing directors.

The company specialises in painting and tiling, and also offers services such as bricklaying, flooring and carpeting.

    Strengthened community and growth
For JMS, joining Håndverksgruppen provides new opportunities for both growth and development, especially in the insurance market and fixed contracts.

    - We see this as a fantastic opportunity to develop the business further, especially within the insurance market and fixed contracts. We have a strong brand name in Arvika that we are proud of, and we believe that the collaboration with Håndverksgruppen will give us the resources we need to take new steps without compromising on the quality and values we stand for, says Mikael Andersson.

JMS has several long-term contracts with public sector organisations, including Arvika Municipality, and has built up a strong local presence over the years. In addition, they serve a wide range of private individuals and corporate customers, which contributes to the company's solid position in the region.

    - We look forward to becoming part of a larger community where we can exchange experiences and get support for further development. Having access to Håndverksgruppen's network and resources will give us a unique opportunity to grow and further improve our services, Andersson adds.

Andersson and Philipsson will continue to run the business as before, but now as part of Håndverksgruppen.
