Håndverksgruppen continues to grow in Sweden and welcomes Nansens Måleri in Malmö. Since entering the Swedish market in 2021, the group has quickly established itself as the leading player in surface treatment.

- We are proud to welcome Nansens Måleri to Håndverksgruppen. As a family business with roots dating back to 1945, they bring valuable experience and strong craft traditions that will strengthen our overall expertise. Their solid local anchoring in Malmö and Lund will be an important contribution in the region, says Johan Möller, Managing Director, Håndverksgruppen Sweden.

Well-established family business
Nansens Måleri is a well-established family business founded by the grandfather of the current CEO, Fredrik Nansen, in 1945. Fredrik Nansen has been employed since 1991 and started out as a painter in the business before later becoming a project manager and estimator.

- Becoming part of Håndverksgruppen is very exciting for us. We've been in dialogue with several players in recent years, but it's only now that we feel it's right. Ever since our first conversation with Håndverksgruppen, we have felt confident in our choice, says Fredrik.

With 26 employees and an annual turnover of SEK 28 million, Nansens Måleri has a strong foothold in Malmö and Lund, especially within

property sector. In recent years, the company has completed a number of turnkey contracts for housing associations in the Malmö region, including the renovation of staircases, garages and basements in collaboration with a wide network of subcontractors.

After many years of success, Fredrik Nansen now sees new opportunities through his collaboration with Håndverksgruppen.

- We look forward to sharing experiences and benefiting from the broad expertise in the group, which will make us an even more complete supplier for our customers.

- We are convinced that this collaboration will create a solid and profitable future for both the company and our employees," he concludes.

Nansens Måleri will continue to operate under the same name and management in Håndverksgruppen.
